Privacy policy

Last updated August 2026. Draft for review.

What is collected

When you send an inquiry, Taken By Storm collects the name, email, phone, organization, date, location, and message you type into the form. Nothing else is collected from that form and none of it is sold or shared for advertising.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers never touch this site and are never stored by Taken By Storm. This site keeps a record of the amount, date, invoice reference, payer name, and payer email so payments can be matched to engagements. See Stripe's own privacy policy for how they handle card data.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses privacy respecting analytics that count page views without cookies, without cross-site tracking, and without collecting personal data. No advertising pixels are used. No consent banner is needed because nothing that identifies you is stored on your device.

Photographs and likeness

Photographs published on this site were made on assignment at events, in public spaces, or with the permission of the organizations that engaged Taken By Storm. Client galleries are delivered privately through Pixieset and are not indexed here. If you appear in an image published on this site and want it removed, write to hello@takenbystorm.co and it will be taken down.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can request deletion of your inquiry record at any time.
