Before you write
- How fast do I get my images?
- Coverage and documentary work deliver in 5 to 7 business days. Sessions deliver in 7 to 14 business days. Full Day and Multi-Day coverage include a 15-image highlight set within 48 hours.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Five days notice for sessions and bookings of two hours or less. Fourteen days for anything longer, multi-day, or billed at a day rate.
- How long do galleries stay online?
- Galleries remain accessible for at least 90 days.
- Can I opt out of marketing use?
- Yes. If you do not want your images used in our portfolio, social, or marketing, send written notice within 7 days of delivery.
